Aermec Fan Coils

Aermec fan coils were installed and the existing radiator covers were reinstalled. All piping was run in the existing basement pipe chase. Fan coils were hung at the ceiling in the banquet hall utilizing the existing pipe chase as well. Two new condensing boilers replaced the existing natural gas boiler. Both sanctuary and banquet hall could be cooled, higher efficiency, and all within budget. Further, there were no changes to the beautiful sanctuary and it now has a system that is quieter than opening the windows.
