AN0417HA Heat Pump and Fan Coils

An older 3800 square ft. home in the trendy Beaches area of Toronto had no cooling. The solution was one Aermec 3 Ton Heat Pump and 5 ductless fan coils. The 3 ton unit cools the entire 3800 square feet and provides heating down to –15°C and then the boiler helps out. Comfort, efficiency and most importantly no mess. With the 5 zones the homeowner is able to cool only the areas they are using to help save energy.
