Two 20 Ton AN Heat Pumps

This retail mall in Toronto was due for a renovation. An engineering firm was hired to decide which heating and cooling solution was best for present and future. Many systems were considered including geothermal as well as conventional ducted systems. In the end, Aermec was the logical choice.

Two 20 ton Aermec glycol heat pump air cooled condensing units complete with self contained pumps and storage tanks and 21 Aermec high static fan coils complete with digital thermostats were installed. The central controller can be interfaced with Bacnet or Lonworks. High efficiency boilers supply second stage heating.
