Heating, Cooling, and Hot Water

This home had a legal basement business and two apartments on the main floor. When the owners decided to replace the heating system they felt it was time to add air conditioning. The home had existing radiators for heating. With no room for duct work in the basement office, the owners decided to use the Aermec system. Fan coils were installed in the offices and apartments and an Aermec heat pump was installed. A heat box and a Noritz tankless water heater provide the back up heat and hot water. Each apartment and the office can control their own temperature
