Two Aermec AN0417HA Heat Pumps

A four story apartment building in Toronto has been converted to a neurological care unit across the road from a Toronto Hospital. The tenants rooms were heated by hydronic baseboard but had no air conditioning. Aermec FCX32US cabinet style fan coils have been mounted at the ceiling of each apartment and the piping was run around the outside of the building. The piping enters the main floor apartments and then rises up through the existing closets in each apartment. Aermec heat pumps were chosen to provide cooling in the summer and help lower the heating costs in the winter
