40 x ANL150

The Satellite Server Rooms project was sold in bulk in order to provide cooling and controls to multiple server rooms located across North America. On this particular project, 40 x ANL150 units were ordered with an integrated pump inside each unit, totaling 8.8 Tons of capacity. Each satellite server room has 2 x ANL150 units installed. Typically, only 1 unit would be required for this type of application however, the second one is redundant for emergencies.

The application required cooling all year round therefore, an integrated a dry cooler was installed for cooling in the winter months. Some locations, such as Las Vegas, experience a drastic change in climate conditions from summer to winter months. As a result, 9 of these 40 units have larger condenser fans to increase the maximum ambient that the unit can work up to (115°F standard up to 122°F).

The client decided to proceed with Aermec equipment instead of the competition due to the compelling features listed above as well as the strong relationship that we have with the customer. The international company involved on this project has installed Aermec on many other projects in Europe with ANL units and has been ecstatic with the outcome of each project. We prove to continue to have a great track record with existing customers. These units work with fan coils and the cooling management system will is done with Aermec VMF controls. Our VMF controls are able to manage the chillers, dry cooler, pumps, valves, and fan coils.
